Great controller. It was a great upgrade from the basic controller.

the paddles are really nice to keep action on right thumbstick. only reason one less star is the controller is too small. since the original xbox I have not found a controller that fits in my large hands. controller is very solid and customizable.

The unit I purchased was an open box. It performs perfectly. Very solid unit with great battery life. Would definitely buy again.

Awesome controller with built in re-chargeable batteries via usb-c cable. Was easy to pair and start playing on XBOX One.

Purchased at the end of July '21. In the beginning of Nov '21 the right bumper and the A button both started going out. The buttons work sometimes, but do not always work when pressed. I have taken great care of this controller and have had controllers for years without any buttons going out. Best Buy won't let me swap it out for a new one because the purchase was made too long ago. It is under a 1 year warranty with Microsoft, but to fulfil this warranty I will have to send the controller off and let them perform some tests on it (who knows how long this will take during which I will have no controller). Then if they determine something is wrong with it they will send me a REFURBISHED controller. I spent $200 on this, used it for only 3 months, it crapped out, and now the best I am being offered is a refurbished replacement.. Stay away.

I swapped from the Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra controller, and haven’t regretted it a bit. My only complaint is that I lost my capture button because it was replaced with the profile swap button, and I have no way to remap it. But the ability to use one of the paddles as a function key, allowing the other buttons to have dual uses, depending on if the function button is pressed or not, made it not that big of a deal.

Great controller for any Xbox gamer. I have the protection plan on this, which I would highly recommend! I've already replaced 2 previous controllers, not because of the quality of it, just because of how much it gets used (and probably dropped).

Amazing Premium feel to it, compared to other controllers this ones my favorite!

I absolutely love this controller yeah paddles don’t come with it but hey it’s a great controller that feels great in my hands the grip is awesome

Its known that elite series controllers are notorious for having stick drift out the box, and in this case, exactly what happened, apart from having stick drift, right bumper didnt work, and left stick when pressing wouldn't function either, hopefully the next xbox elite 3 controller work whenever they release it that is

Its a great controller and is very high quality. I can only recommend it if you’re looking to splurge. If you have money, go for it!

Honestly such a good wireless controller, not too heavy or big just perfect. The grip is great. The mappable buttons on the back are super nice.

Great FPS purchase, but the paddles on the back are worth it. The linger sticks youd want to use for precision aim. Be wary of your LB and RB, most elite controllers' bumpers can be built a little weak

This is a very sturdy product and lasts for a long time.

The elite is a good controller for both PC and Xbox One x|s You may want to buy the accessories which comes separately

Nice feeling controller. Feels very sturdy. Comes with a charging dock and the ability to switch between Bluetooth for PC and then back to Xbox. Only gets 2 stars as the left bumper stopped working within about a week of purchase. Seems to be a common problem with this controller.

Beautiful controller, love the additional paddles and the adjustable joysticks.
