Considering this is nearly a $200 controller and also spending $60 for a 2-year replacement plan. Now I'm in question if I take this back to return and get my money back, I'm out the $60 I spend on a replacement plan. If I take this back on the 2nd day of my purchase, will I be able to get my complete refund back (including the money I spent on my 2-year replacement plan)?? For anyone that is looking for a pro-quality controller, this may fit your needs but with the huge amount of complaints and findings of other folks having the same issue as me with the A button sticking, I would recommend getting something else, like a Razer controller.

We're sorry there's an issue with your new Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. If it's still within Best Buy's return period, you should be able to exchange it without using your replacement plan. If that's not possible, you may also be able to have it serviced through Xbox Support under its manufacturer warranty. The only reason this controller is not getting the 5th star, because the extra back buttons are much smaller than the original. Making it sort of awkward to use all 4, but this could change after a while of usage.

Some of the games launched on my PC through the XBox app don't play nicely with that controller so I thought I would pick up an equivalent XBox controller. Much to my dismay there aren't any rear paddles on this "elite" controller!!!!! I never would have even thought to check if that's something an "elite" controller came with or not...the PlayStation equivalent includes them. Disappointed that XBox/Microsoft would even have this as an option and wouldn't explicitly call out that there are no paddles on this "elite" controller. But I do have spaces where paddles are supposed to go that I can look at I guess. Not sure what the point of this controller is compared to the standard XBox controller.
