Thumb sticks always felt a little too loose for my liking even with adjustments. Replaced with plan roughly every 9 months to a year. Thankfully I bought the plan.

I was very skeptical at first of paying over $200 for a controller (with the warranty), but this is the best controller I've ever owned. The grips, additional paddles, interchangeable joysticks and D-pad are fantastic. There are so many customizeable features about this and it feels like a premium product. You can tell that Microsoft put a lot of work into this controller design. I'd encourage others to purchase one unless you're holding out for next-gen controllers.
