way overpriced just to have finger buttons, but you get what you pay for

I love the setup with Elite controllers, but I had to send original back (only got a gift card) because of the stick drift. I know this is not Best Buy's fault

I love this controller!! I play alot of call of duty and games of that nature so having the trigger locks is amazing!

Controls feel smooth. I like the back pedals. Overall a better controller than the original one that comes with the Xbox.

I previously used a ps5 controller, but since this I have no issues And all buttons work as they are supposed to. Great product for my pc.

I wanted to love this controller. Because $180. And I did. Great feel and weight, clearly an upgrade over the standard controller. Even before adding paddles or adjusting thumbstick sensitivities, it immediately improved my Halo game. Adding paddles and making those adjustments helped even more. I knew I could never play with those crap stock controllers again. Until. First it was X. B soon followed. And now the left trigger. Unreliable- a button press doesn't register and yeah, instead of landing the melee, I'm dead. Naturally, these failures began past the return window, after an estimated 30 hours of use. Failures are getting more frequent as I keep playing (I've had it 5 weeks now), and I don't care to see which input begins to crap out next- I'm done. So I guess I'll go through the warranty claim hassle and expense and go back to playing with the stock controller in the meantime while that whole process plays out. Or buy that newly released Scuf and hope I have better luck. I'm mad, and disappointed. Because $180. And Microsoft, before you reply: You've included a link to the warranty info in your dutiful response to so many others that have been similarly ripped off. That link is just like this controller- broken.

Good controller, just not my fit. It's made out of good materials.

It works great especially the ability to use extra input choices. Also it charges decently fast with the in case charging pedestal.

Works great. My son uses it everyday some times to the point I had to get recharge batteries

Got a "excellent" condition controller, turned out to have stick drift on both sticks. The 2 front bumpers where double skipping like crazy. The back buttons do not register all clicks.

I like the way the controller fits in my hand. For the price it should come with paddles.

The controller has made big improvements in the overall feel and the controller just feels a lot more tight the adjustability on the thumb sticks is very important and the back paddles are way tighter. this is a pro level gaming controller

Def recommend i use it all the time i enjoy the customizable grips and panels and its makes the game way more enjoyable being able too know my selections easier

The controller itself is amazing, but it’s very hard to justify the price. Its not for every one

Purchased to replace the controller that came with my Series S that started to malfunction. I immediately found the paddles on the back to be in the way and not sure what I'd even use them for. On the Pro side, the rubbery grip feels superior to the bare plastic and the thumb pad is also a big improvement. In hindsight, I'd probably get the next tier down.

Its an improvement over the first gen elite controller but the grip on the top is a little slick at first. After a break in period it should get better at gripping your hand other than that no complaints.

Love the color and the functions. This is my third one and will continue to buy.

The controller is amazing if you can get one that last more then a few weeks; I have multiple that have last months. In less month I have gone through two of them. One had the spring In the left not stick snap. And I returned that one with my warranty on Jan 10th and this new one is already refusing to connect with the being wired.

Amazing controller only issue I have is quality control but it does have a one year warranty I already sent mine back and they gave me a new one with absolutely no issue from Microsoft support
