This device checks a lot of boxes. It's really comfortable to hold, and has a nice weight to it. Clearly uses good materials as it just feels great to hold and use. The problem is that it's very unreliable. I've now gone through 3 of these via warranty repair, which is crazy for a device of this sort. My regular Xbox controllers have worked solidly (minus some wear on the rubber from use), but the Elite Series 2 has had issues with the bumpers across all the devices I've had within 6 months. A very frustrating experience, and definitely would recommend waiting until a version 3 or updated release where Microsoft has sorted out these issues. Search online, they're very common.

The Xbox controller is already one of my favorites. Going to the Elite 2 really made it feel cheap and that is saying something. It has a quality weight, incredible battery life, and the customization's are something I have wanted for a long time. Worth every dime - I am glad I invested in this - it's incredible.

This is a good gaming controller. Depending on how you treat your controllers it'll get stick drift. I use this controller only for fighting and fps games. The stick drift does t move on its own. The extra button only in handy with farming/ mining games. The extra buttons are not customizable. Just an extension for the other buttons xyba. Other than that it's a great buy. Feels good in the hands has a good weight

I love this bad boy. I was hesitant spending that much money on a controller but man, it's worth it. Setting the paddles up for custom use on different games is a breeze. It has greatly improved my play in FPS like Warzone. Feels amazing in the hands. Charge is ridiculously long. I simply love it.

This was a gift purchase for my son, he is pretty anti-xbox controller but I convinced him it is more comfortable than being tethered to the PC with his PS5 controller. He enjoys it and no stick drift as of yet.

Wow!! the quality on these are amazing. So I normally play fifa or madden, butt thought about a switch to fps games and though might as well givr these a try, and wow are they great. You have more customizations and the controller feels sturdy in your hands, its a good investment for sure.

Love this controller. Been a gamechanger for apex and COD. great battery life.

Have no issues with it after using it for awhile. I bring it with me whenever I travel to play games on my laptop.

Great controller, no issues with it. I only gave 4 Stars since I purchased an open box excellent and it did not contain the charger for the case or all of the joysticks. My local Best Buy was unable to assist me further.

This is my second one. I love these, but the material broke down on my last one. Still great controller!

Xbox Elite 2 controller is the best controller on the market. I've used them for years and they're well worth the price. If you're not a fan of using back paddles then the Elite Series 2 core is perfect for you. It took 1000s of hours for mine to develop any sort of stick drift, the average gamer will never encounter this problem, even then it was minimal. If you do use paddles, the placement of these is spectacular. They fall exactly where you lay your fingers naturally and are crisp with firm presses every time. The grip is nice and the design is great. 5/5. Perfection.

Best Controller for Xbox on earth! I can’t use any other controller because the weight, feel and durability is second to none.

This is by far the best I have ever had! The quality is beyond what I was expecting. The battery life is phenomenal. I still haven’t had to charge it. It was really pricy though. Not sure it’s worth $180. Over $200 with geek squad protection. If you want a really great controller though, this is the one.

My other controller finally died on me after 2 years, so I decided to buy this one. Highly recommend if you already have the paddles and are looking for a good controller.

Everything about the elite controller is amazing especially the durability of the controller itself.

Bought this as a replacement for my faulty Astro C40 controller which is now discontinued. Fortunately I was able to easily return that for this Elite controller through the Geek Squad replacement program which I highly reccomend for any controller if you're a heavy gamer. Regardless, the controller is great. I wish it was slightly larger for my bigger hands but thats just preference. I think this controller is a great value considering the included accessories you get, not forcing you to buy them seperately. The software you download via microsoft is also pretty sharp and gives you lots of options to fine tune your controller. Probably not the most optimal choice for pro gamers but a nice addition to your collection if you want something a bit more customizable then your standard controller.

Pros: Solid Build Feels good in the hands Customization Cons: None TLDR: Buying one of these will last you considerably longer than the standard controller which will end up costing more in the long run.

Best cobtroller i have used, but it will get stick drift eventually. Get insurance for sure, and just keep trading it in whenever the stick drift starts to show. Its an unfortunate necessity.

No complaints at all! No need to worry about battries and the grip on the controller handles are great!
