Great Controller, perfect size for small handed players

It's a controller. Works as advertised. Get the extended coverage. Ya know they wear out.

It’s a very good controller. A bit expensive but overall I’m happy with my purchase. Don’t buy this without buying the protection.

Have owned for less than a year. I’m already experiencing LB and RB buttons not registering presses. I play almost exclusively FPS games so it doesn’t work well for me to have something that doesn’t function like it should. I had a Series 1 controller that lasted for a couple years even though my grips were falling off and it had a broken shoulder button. The quality of this one is nice up front but the quality and longevity of the materials used is subpar. I will have to try to use the warranty and see how that goes. I didn’t have Total Tech at the time I purchased this. I cannot recommend this at full price. Total Tech membership makes it $40 cheaper and that might be reasonable but not $180. I have owned SCUF and Razer and a few others when I had my Xbox One X. All have their issues with time. I will be buying a few other controllers to try out for less. Waiting on a TB Recon wired as we speak and might try the PowerA as well.

Controller was purchased for my son for his XBox. He has stated this controller compares to none. He loves it.

Even better then the Elite series 1. With usb C charging and internal battery. The build and feel is great and just feels like a premium product.

I never knew how much I needed these back paddles until I experienced them. If you are on the fence, buy the controller and you will not be disappointed.

Great controller for gaming especially for call of duty games

This controller is expensive but it is worth it. The build quality is great, very premium. The downside is that we can’t use it with ps4 and Switch..

Bought as a Christmas gift. My husband already had one and it was the only thing on my son's list he really wanted. He enjoys it very much.

The first one I got had the (very common) issue of the A button not always registering. It was, like other reviewers have said, registering maybe 9 times out of 10. I thought it was a software issue at first but even in the companion app's test feature you could see it not registering. I used my warranty to replace it through Microsoft. The second one I received had the exact same problem. I had it replaced again. The third one had the same problem with the A button, but also the Y button and right bumper were sometimes registering two distinct presses when you press and hold. My replacement warranty is now expired and I have very little faith sending it in for repairs will fix anything. Wishing I had returned it right away.

Good controller but very overpriced, paddles feel a little hard

Maybe it’s just this specific controller, but more times than not the right thumbstick is super sensitive and sometimes over moves to a direction… kinda like a deadzone problem… makes it hard to aim consistently

Good controller small sticks. Very good for comp gameplay.

I ordered this hoping it was the last controller I’d need. It didn’t end up responding well and some buttons were unresponsive. The extra paddles actually made it less comfortable to hold.
