Second one the grip is pealing off. For the price these things should not be happening. Most expensive and most trash controller I have ever used. I have the base xbox controller and it still works 5 years later, outlasted both of these. Never again.

Best Buy’s return policy had expired. Microsoft is supposedly extending its warranty on these due to many other issues with this controller.
