Apparently the issues with the bumpers failing has not been corrected. After only 3 months of less than 3-hours a day of play my right bumper only intermittently responds to inputs. I have since found out this is a known issue for this product. Without the ability to purchase a protection plan to cover this issue I would not purchase this product and even if there was a protection plan offered that covers this issues I would be hesitant to buy it. If Microsoft corrects this issue I'd probably have rated this product with 5 stars, because excluding this major flaw the controller is great and vast improvement over it's predecessor.

This is a top of the line controller. It works great with the Xbox Series X. Great maneuverability and functionality.

Great when you get one that's not defective. I had to buy 3 before I got one that wasn't though.

Google issues with this before you purchase, I have joystick drift and I baby this thing. It's never been dropped. Other than that small flaw the sticks feel amazing and better than the older elite controllers. I'm not sure on how the rubber with withstand normal use as I haven't had it that long. But it feels like it's all one piece instead of stick on like the older elites.

I’ll put this very easy and clear - DON’T BUY AN XBOX OR ANY ACCESSORIES! I’ve had this controller for 1 month and it already has stick drift. I take care of my consoles and all of my accessories so this isn’t neglect it’s a matter of extremely poor quality and manufacturing. My brand new Xbox controller that came with the console stopped working after 2 weeks. The Xbox wireless headset I bought stopped working after 1 month and now this Xbox Elite controller is having the same problem. I’ve gone through so much shipping these accessories back to Microsoft to get a replacement and they won’t even promise you a brand new device, they will tell you it might be refurbished. I really hope I can save anyone and everyone reading this from buying an Xbox or any Microsoft accessories for Xbox. Spend the extra money to get a PS5.

Great controller smooth operation with no lag at all

Had to return 3 of these within a week. I have bought many of these controllers. Have never had these kind of issues. Anything ranging from Rb not working to both joysticks not working.
