Then you would need to send off to Microsoft for repairs. Best Buy use to offer 30 days on electronics but changed it to 15 days. Sending to Microsoft is a pain, especially trying to contact support to get help with the issue. Microsoft claimed they repaired my controller only having to send it right back to them for the same power turning off issues. Microsoft is finally going to send a replacement controller to me. Amazon have a buyer beware for this controller stating that it has been frequently returned because of various issues.

Yeah it’s a bummer because it’s a lot of money and I really wanted to use a nice controller because I have tendinitis and carpal tunnel. Are used to really like Best Buy until that experience.

My bumper went out about a year after I purchased the controller. If you want it some so very slight casual play, get it. Other than that I would find a different third party controller.

Great controller, bad bluetooth to windows PC

Bluetooth pairing to laptop is horrible. Random disconnects, buttons doing double actions, and at times would just stop responding all together. Bought the xbox controller adapter and they fixed all.

Make sure to get protection plan since the back buttons have had issues. My son had to bring back and we looked it up online and seen lots of ppl have had same problem. Great controller but for price, protect it. We had a month or 2 before problem
