Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the controller's exceptional overall performance, impressive battery life, and extensive customization options. Users also frequently praise the device's comfortable grip, balanced weight, and high-quality tactile feel. However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding the durability of the buttons and bumpers, as well as the early onset of stick drift. Despite these technical frustrations and the premium price point, many still consider it a top-tier gaming accessory.

I own prettty much every controller for PsS3, 4, & 5 and Xbox 360, one, and series X. This is the best so far. Will have to get the PS5 Dual Sense Pro when it comes out for comparison. Sony needs to correct the oversized touch pad. Maybe allow user to turn off the touch pad.

The only color that comes with the paddles and case is the black controller. If you prefer another color it’s going to cost you significantly more.

I had to return two of these controllers due to the A button on both not registering all of my presses. I still have the original Xbox elite controller and it’s still working fine after 5 years. I’ll pass on this new elite controller.

From parts breaking off from placing it on the charger, to the stick drift, to the bumper not working, this controller is supposed to be quality, but cheap knock off brand controllers are made better

Pre-ordered and was eagerly awaiting its arrival as my Gen1 had finally given up after more than 2 years of service (trigger stop broke). This unit was great while it worked. The finer hair triggers were amazing. This time it only took 6 months for the trigger stop to fail. $180 controller and it only has a 3 month warranty from MS.

This thing has failed on me twice un two years. Microsoft replaced it the first time after about 9 months of gaming maybe 4-6 hours a week. The second failure happed about 8-9 months later and each time it was the thumbstick drift. Very disappointed.

Be careful with purchasing this controller. Microsoft has done a Terrible job with this controller the button stick after maybe a month. They’re never in stock so it’s hard to replace even if you go through Microsoft there a nightmare to deal with. I would not recommend this controller

The right thumb stick seemed to be stuck and it’d make my character randomly do a 360. I know there is a fix that involves pulling the controllers apart but that’s unacceptable at this price. Build quality and the charging case were great tho but I had to return it due to the issue above.

It was already damaged fresh out of the package and clearly left the factory that way. Terrible that it got past inspections.
