Use the warranty
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you bought a controller first time. Buy the warranty and renew controller warranty every 1.5 years. Basically get it for half off. Beats buying a brand new controller.

The Elite Controller for the Elite Gamer
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller with added paddles in the back, different trigger options and has nice grip. I highly recommend the controller if youre looking to enhance your gaming experience. Has Bluetooth capability to connect with your PC/Laptop if you're going to use it for that.

You might have problems, but it's worth it.
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller is great when it works. A lot of people eventually have problems and need to warranty it. I've gone through 4 or 5. Stick drift, stuck buttons, unresponsive bumpers. Still would buy it again, built in battery and the overall experience is unmatched compared to the regular controller.

built like a tank
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know I am not making full use of all of the customization features, but here is what I do like so far: • Ergonomics is excellent • Textured hand-feel is great • Weight and balance is the best so far • Very responsive • Love that you can customize the analog grips to fit your hands • Rechargeable built-in The one thing I wish it had: switchable binding between multiple devices. I have an xbox one, and xbox one x, and two nice windows computers. I wish there was a button that let me switch between controlling those different devices without reconnecting it to the device each time.

Top Notch Quality own many all work still
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own many Xbox Elite controllers I've had my own from the Xbox Design Labs I've actually bought core controllers in the store and then turn them into what I wanted afterward I bought in several of these it's just some may show up on my phone some might not to this day I haven't had one break on me not one except for the first one I ever bought which was on Amazon which proves my point about quality control and also Microsoft got a lot better making them because I used to get them direct from the Microsoft store and the version ones they just were not that great I mean it's a matter of preference what style you like I like this and prefer it to the dual Sense Edge for sure most comfortable gaming controller I use it when I game on other devices as well

Awesome Controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First time having a pro controller for my PS5 and I’d definitely recommend if you don’t already have one. This controller is awesome and a bad mother f’er. Awesome grips for long periods of playing time on the PS5 and etc.

Best controller minus one correctable defect.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So as far as paddled "pro" controllers go this undoubtedly the best you can get with 3 different profile, trigger stop, and stick resistances options along customizable aim curves this provides the best possible customization that a controller has ever offered. Everything has it buts and in this case, it comes in the form of slight drifts off of the slightest movements but is easily corrected with raising deadzones. If you would like to check out some gameplay of it check out ChasTheChad on youtube or twitch.

Feels Great! But...
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It feels phenomenal, just like every Elite controller Microsoft makes. But just like every Elite controller Microsoft makes, it wears too quickly. The rubber grips aren't a problem this time, bur there's already drift on one of the sticks and the R-trigger is squeaking loudly. It feels like these things are destined to break down quickly despite being the most comfortable and satisfying controllers to use.

Low cost elite 2
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller with a good feel and tunable joysticks. This is a great lower cost replacement if you already have an elite 2 and can swap all of your paddles and accessories over. I get about 2 years of heavy use out of each and the core option saves me money. Glad microsoft de ided to release them.

Great but pricey
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, its a great controller but it’s pricey. I love the customization options and the battery life, and I don’t regret the purchase at all. It’s probably closer to worth the 139.99 price I’m seeing it discounted to now If you’re strapped for cash, theres nothing wrong with the regular Xbox controller. If you can afford it but are unsure, it might be worth considering the cost of a battery or two for the regular, and figure out how much all the other extras are worth to you.

Best controller I've ever used!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always preferred the Xbox controller over the Playstation controller, especially because I play a lot of FPS games, but in general it feels better to me. Elite version is heavier, has rubberized grip, and the build of the controller feels premium (as it should for the cost). With all the accessories and adjustments (various thumb sticks, d-pads, paddles, and adjustable triggers), you can make the controller as custom, as needed. It has been my best controller ever purchased and worth the amount I paid. Get that Geek Squad protection, just in case! ;) Buy it and have fun!

Worth the buy
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The item itself is overall great! This is the second one i had gotten because of how i love the addition features on it. The controller lasted me over a year without any accommodations needed to be made as a consistent player

Not for competitive PC players (get anything else)
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No matter how much I tweaked the thumbstick tension and spent time "breaking in the sticks" or adjusting thumbstick curves in settings, it just never gave me the level of responsiveness that some stock controllers do (Dualshock 4, Dual Sense, Gamesir G7, Wolverine v3 TE, 8bitDo Ultimate 2). AND those controllers are a fraction of the price. It's unfortunate because the feel of this controller is above and beyond all others. It has a nice weight and overall feel in the hands. The back paddles are also excellent. It's just a shame that the actual responsiveness does not match.
