I returned and got a different one 6 times and all had the same issues. Finally got tired or having to return them and got the Razer Ultimate which does not have this issue. Couldn’t be happier.

Get the warranty. Something will break on it. I have had 2 series 2 controllers. First one made it just a little over a year. The second only made it 6 months until I needed to replace it. Now, Best Buy is sold out online and in store. Who knows when I will actually get a replacement.

Then after the 90 day warranty, the RB button failed completely. The left thumb stick started to drift as well. For this hefty price one would think that this is a premium product. I'm disappointed in how these controllers always seem to give out with either of the buttons listed, a shame really.

Defective unit

The quality control issues must not have been entirely fixed yet, since my controller had unresponsive face buttons out of the box. Took it back and got a refund. If they fix the issues it would be a good controller.
