Returned and got my money back, its not a premium controller if it doesn't function like its suppose to. Alot of other people report the same problem.

Regardless of its “Elite” title and status, the 90 day warranty is about as common as it gets, and now I’m stuck with $200 paper weight. I requested a replacement request from Microsoft, and to no surprise, I didn’t get any response.

The left and right bumper just stopped responding. Now I have to press the buttons 4 times before they do anything. This is not good for any game unless the game you play includes waiting 5 seconds to do an action.
