Purchased this with a GeekSquad warranty as it was an open box. Of course the controller stops working right after it expires. Store closes around 8 and it looks like we share the same work schedules. I’ll just live with it.

Joystick already gave out on left side 3 months in. Now you have no stock to replace with my warranty

Bought two of these controllers at the same time and both controllers are experiencing the same issues where the left joy stick gets stuck in the forward direction and the controllers disconnect randomly while playing.

I was disappointed with it, they never included a charger for it. I had to go out and buy my own -.-

Great price for a great product. Does not come with accessories.

This is a mixed review. The controller is great in every way but buying this as an open box was a mistake. Even though it was advertised excellent condition it came without the box, triggers showed ware and some of the paddle buttons didn’t work.

The controller works fine via usb but once is synced wirelessly it drops connection within 3 minutes.

This controller was great until 4 months into owning it and my left stick lags. It won't register max input. It only registers about 60% input. Then when you let the stick go, it sticks (virtually not physically). For $180 controller, it should last longer than 4 months. Microsoft won't replace as it is outside its 3 month warranty. Garbage.

Sticks travel while playing the game and won’t stop

Do not purchase. Ive been through two of them in a year. First one went down with a sticky/non working right bumper. I returned under warranty and received a new one. This one in the left stick now drifts and sticks at all times. Dead zones will not fix. Spend your money better and look into buying SCUF.

Really helps with gaming and is great at what injeed it for.

I tried two of these and had problems with the d-pads on both within a day of use. It’s disappointing that Microsoft would release an official product with such lackluster quality, especially considering the price.
