This is the core model so it does not include the paddles on the back, they will need to be bought seperately. But for what i got it for, it works great and ill pick up the paddles another day.

Nothing more need be said than I love this controller! I use the paddles underneath to make actions like sprinting and melees easier to perform. I have 4 separate setups -- 2 PCs and an XBOX X and an XBOX S. This controller completes the set (4th one). I use it and another one wired for my PCs and wireless for my XBOXs.

I’m a dual shock remote player and surprisingly this remote is high quality and feels very good in the hands. Don’t think I will be going back to dual shock after playing with this remote. Buttons feel great and feels amazing in the hands.

Best controller I have owned so far. Stick drift did occur, but I am tough on the left joystick. It’s currently being replaced via warranty and lasted longer than most others have. I also like the removable paddles on the back as opposed to ones that are built in. Some games not all 4 are needed and the others tend to get in the way.

Is a very well constructed controller and I like how you can customize it.

Microsoft Elite Series 2 Wireless controller for Xbox Series X is an awesome upgrade to your system

I upgraded my Elite Series 1 and have no regrets so far. The controller feels very good and high quality. The 3 levels for the trigger buttons is a must have for any first person shooter gamers. Only concern is how the handle grips will hold up since the Series 1 had serious issues with them peeling. A bit pricey but if you're a serious gamer or game a lot this controller is worth it.

I like the idea of a customizable controller, but this feels out of my league honestly. A+ idea with C execution unfortunately. A controller with this price has to be perfect. It really wanted to like this.

I'm appreciate Microsoft offering a cheaper elite 2 controller for those who already have a case and flippers. Great deal and sometimes even on sale for cheaper at Best Buy!

The stick drift on these happens quickly so be careful for that

I know there have been a lot of backlash on this controller, and I can't comment on durability. I have enjoyed it a lot, and having extra paddles helps with playing games, so you can keep fingers on thimbsticks. Adding the 2 year protection plan from Best Buy also makes my mind at ease with durability. I would only buy it at best buy.

Easy to customize and all controls are well placed Really well made and nice feel to it.

Best investment for your Xbox if you are intense into gaming and want more configuration. I bought TEMU paddles for the back side and thumb sticks and they work well

I can’t stress this enough: buy the protection plan. I’ve read numerous reviews on some models having design flaws, stick float, etc. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE this controller, but I would hate to spend $180 on one and not have it work after the 90-day Microsoft warranty runs out. My first didn’t charge on the base, current one seems flawless.

Great controller. I always use the elites, you just have to buy the warranty cause if you play a decent amount the controller does break easily

This controller is super nice. It feels nice and I like it much better than the PS5 Edge controller.

Honestly so far every elite controller I’ve bought from other places comes with an issue but I bought this one from Best Buy and thank the lord it came in perfect condition and so far has given me not a single issue.
