I bought an open box and everything worked great except for one button that you needed to press hard to register anything. Make sure you test all the buttons if you buy this. Button can be remapped to their rear buttons if you want to do that.

The only thing I dont like is the Dpad. Not ideal at all for fighting games. But very customizable and great for casual games otherwise.

The quick customization to your game play style for any game in just seconds by switching parts and profiles makes the user experience that much nicer. The controller is well built and very customizable. Also really enjoy the charger and case.

Puls the case can store the extra parts and charges the controller, no more having to plug it in just place it in and its spot and it starts to charge

Makes up for the mistakes of the 1st generation

Otherwise, if you're playing wired then you're good to go
