MINUS the 2 I took back because of stick drift and/or the A face button didn't work. But this 3rd controller is the absolute best. This rating is on the 3rd controller not my experience getting them.

Paddles are easy to remove and adjust and make gaming easier. Adjusting paddle and button mapping with the accessories app on the XBOX is a breeze.
