This controller os of top quality and feel. It does not come with the back trickers but you can add them. Be sure to plug it in and upgrade firmware beforw using it

Second Controller purchased in two years. The price being so high makes it frustrating that it didn't last longer.

The quality is not too much better than the basic Xbox controller, and it is much heavier than the basic controller. The reason I buy it is for its four back paddles. I do not recommend it for its quality and current price if you do not need the back paddles. I have three of them, this is the third one. Two previous ones failed at some point in a year. One has a drift stick, and the other's stick does no click. Microsoft really needs to do better job for a more quality product.

Theres nothing to dislike about. It’s customizable to you liking and can also change the colors of the d pads, and the sticks.

Microsoft - Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, is a great value purchase, price. You can configure it to your liking with its own software. It is comfortable and easy to use.

Love the new elite controller. However, only had it for a few weks and already one if the buttons is messing up.

Bought over 8 different controllers for my son including the first Elite controller. This controller was a favorite besides the inability to endure the life of a streamer. Bestbuy replacement plan is great and bought two of these controllers so that while one is working the other one can be exchanged, however just like the elite one series Bestbuy goes out of stock on these controllers and there is none to replace it with. For this reason I bought my son the Wolverine Ultimate and it is his new favorite. Bestbuy does not stock this controller though. Only time will tell if it can last longer than 2-3 months. Build quality is amazing. It comes in a nice carrying case that has a cutout in the back to allow you to charge it while it’s in the case. Took a little getting used to the back triggers but once you do it’s a game changer. I primarily use mine for cod. Not having to take my thumb off the stick to jump or crouch has improved my gameplay by a mile.

Solid controller. Wish it didn’t have stick drift often. I go through 3-5 controllers every year

Love this controller! My son had spent more money on other types like a scuff controller and it broke in a few months this is a great purchase for competitive gaming!

Feels amazing. You’ll never go back from using paddles once you get used to it. Left thumb stick stopped working fully after about 6 mo but Xbox repaired it under warranty

I have muscle issues in my right hand and this controller is sognificantly more comfortable for my hands than the normal xbox controller.

After hours of gaming you still have amazing grip on the controller and I like how you the back paddles are able to switch or be left off to your playing style

The product was so good right out of the box it had a lot of battery in it and I haven’t needed to charge it with the wireless charger it comes with that pulgas into the case. That being said I would upgrade If you have the series 1!
