Every button has an authoritative, reassuring press, but lowering to 4 stars because it's not quite as durable as you'd think. The vibration motors have begun rattling the chassis juuuust enough to where it's noticeable, and the rubber, textured grip has come loose up near the shoulder buttons. While in a different league entirely to the base controller, the Elite 2 is truly great... for ~8 months. Low-great, high-good thereafter.

Good piece for about 6 months, then the bumpers start to fail. It’s a long term problem with Xbox controllers which hasn’t been fixed throughout the life of the Xbox one-series x system. Controller has never been dropped and always placed in its case between uses. Still great technology, would buy again.

I expected the controller to have at least somethings missing since it was open box but there wasn’t anything missing and I’m glad to buy this item cheap cause it’s actually good and fun to play with.

I honestly love everything about this controller with regard to the features and way it changes how I play. However, I am needed to replace the controller again after having button issues and stick drift issues. I always take great care of my tech so these widespread mechanical issues are a damper on an otherwise great controller. Definitely get the Best Buy replacement warranty for this one.

The controller is really good and I love it. I gave it a 4 star because one of the buttons fell off and it was really hard to put it back. overall it’s a great controller

I have the controller before this and i bought this one and it is even better than the first one. Faster reaction time. You can set it up the way you want it.

Made sense if I was a competitive gamer. It’s hard to reason keeping this for the casual user. The thumb sticks and paddles though….

Like the way it feels. Wish it came with the paddles on the back.

great controller, just know if you're a rough gamer the anologs catch stick drift fast and the LB and RB bumbers wear out fast so buy warranty

Purchased for my son and he loves it. No issues at all. He says it is the best controller out of the other one he has had in the past. He says there a lot of improvements to the controller. Worth the price.

I like that it is weighty and button presses are quieter. It doesnt have the premium attachments but you can buy knockoffs on Amazon.

Love this controller. Easy to use. Had to return the first one because the A button was not registering unless I pressed really hard on the button.

This is a great controller for the price. It comes already with a built in rechargeable battery and charging dock. This is a very customizable controller with button programming. Customize it to your liking.
