I upgraded from the original Elite controller because that one requires a USB dongle to connect to my machine and was hoping for the same experience. This one feels cheaper, has some weird issues with connectivity, and overall disappoints in the aesthetics department. Otherwise, it's a decent controller and I'd recommend these over third-party brands any day.

However, the controller disconnects from my Xbox randomly and the RB button often is jammed or hard to use which messes me up while playing competitive games. Other than that it’s a great controller…. Just maybe not worth the price for the issues.

Not a good buy

Had hopes for the new gen elite but its just a failure. If youre playing any fps game ,this controller would last maybe 4 or 5 month. Stick drift, button failures and back buttons not responding. It was a head ache especially when you play competitive
