The controller and box came in perfect condition! Everything works great. Shipping could have been better (as it took weeks to arrive after ordering), but it’s understandable during Covid!

all reviews read make me think I am going to enjoy this controller, waiting to get a Xbox series X to use this. I hope to be able to purchase one soon, maybe from Best Buy.

Excellent controller but short lifespan. My son loves this controller and says it is the best one he has ever used. Unfortunately it broke after just six months. We bought the protection plan so we should be able to get a new one but will have to pay $60 for another plan for this one. For the price it should last longer than six months. My son does play almost every day but plays sports, hangs out with friends, and goes to school so the controller was not overly used.

This is by far the best controller I’ve ever owned.(yes including the PS5 dual sense) Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is I’ve had multiple elite series controllers in the past, and there are always issues that eventually occur. Shouldn’t happen so frequently with hardware that costs this much, but it always seems to unfortunately. That being said, I absolutely love gaming with the elite series 2. It’s extremely useful, and now that I’m accustomed to it, I can’t go back to a standard Xbox controller.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas, he says “it’s awesome” so it must be good. Good price for the quality and came with a cute little case! A must have for the gamer in your life :)

Love being able to customize the controls for Call of Duty. Definitely helped my game

Great controller. Lots of customization. Get the extra warranty if you get stick drift odds are you will you can just exchange it for a new one.

This is my second Xbox Elite Wireless Series 2 - the first was returned for a "sticky" A button (intermittently did not work unless you pressed hard. I returned that, and some time later purchased a new one when they were on sale - the A button is about 95% ok and I'm good with that. I'd recommend the Geek Squad replacement coverage if you're going to invest this much in the controller, as there are plenty of online reviews that state there is some level of poor quality control. Aside from that, it truly is the perfect controller with the customizability, paddles, and (generally) solid construction. Sound purchase for the price.

Loved it so much bought the white one as well. Never tried an upper end controller and boy I’m I glad I did bought 2 so hurry up try it ….

Only worth it with best buy replacement. On my 3rd of this gen. Like clock work 9 months later, signs of input issues and pads start to unglue.

I can definitely feel the quality of the controller. Much better then the controller that the system comes with. I would definitely recommend this controller.

The controller is very nice, this is my second one, made sure to register it with Microsoft to get the one year warranty as the bumpers stopped working on my first one.

This is the best controller ever made, from the features to the quality. The wireless connection is unbelievable, I can not tell between wired and wireless with this device. I love it and highly recommend it.
