Great controller I enjoy using the paddle feature.

Great controller. Has all the bells and whistles. My only problem is that I need to get used to the extra buttons. But it works exactly as intended and has a ton more functionality than I'll probably ever use. But I'm also middle-aged and set in my ways without a ton of gaming experience.

this controller is a must own, I play halo 5 very competitively and this controller give me that extra shot and also feels premium.

Honestly it sucks what you have to go thru to find a 100% working controller, i had returned 2 from batch 2035 and found 1 from batch 2034 and have no issues. Quality control aside its great Microsoft increased their warranty to 1 year. The controller itself is super cool though and everything you get with it, the nice case, the charger, interchangeable parts, and the settings you can tweak from the vibration on each motor to the brightness of the logo. Quality issues aside its really a dope gamers controller.

I do like the elite controller. However this is my second time buying it after the first set of issues i had. First time i bought it it worked great. But when i tried to play claw the A button only worked 1/4 of the time. The RB then started to double click. Playing Gears 5 was a headache with this happening. Then the LB went out completely. So took it back and got anther one 1 year later. This current one worked great. But again i can't play claw bc the A button doesn't always function unless your pressing it in a certain way. And 1 month later the RB is starting to double click yet again. So i can only assume that my LB may also go out. The 1st gen elite controller worked flawless for me. This 2nd series has just completely sucked. So depending on what games you play im sure it'll work out fine. But for me and the games i play i need a fully functional controller. Not a partially functional one. So after i return this onw i will try the razer wolverine ult. Hopefully it works with claw otherwise I'll exchange it as well.

A huge difference, cant go back to the regular controllers

First off, I’ll say that i had the first series of elite controller and i loved it. So naturally when i saw the series two come out, i had to get one. And here is where i get frustrated. Ive had not one, but two series two controllers and i wont buy another. I had the first one for maybe a month before LB, RB, and A buttons stopped working. Then when i went through the process to get it replaced under my warranty, it took weeks before i got my new one. Now with my second one, it lasted only two weeks longer than my first one before i had the same issues. Both the LB and RB buttons stopped working completely and the A button is starting to go as well. To sum it up, these controllers would be amazing if the buttons lasted but they wear out in no time and stop working. And its a shame cuz i was a big fan of the first series considering i had it for years til i bought the series 2.

This went on sale for $85.00 so I got 2 for xmas presents. Huge upgrade from the standard models. I love the adjustable trigger controls and the feel from the joy sticks. I have not gotten a chance to use the app and remap button configurations yet but, I'm sure it will work well with any FPS game.

Bumpers and sticks are still very fragile and dont last very long
