It was in great shape all included items were present. Im very happy with my purchase and also the process of receiving it.

They should come standard on all controllers to be honest.... But the the elite isn't built to last ,,this is my 3rd series 2 elite...( Went through 5 of the first gen. ones) The sticks will start to drift and then eventually stop working completely... Definitely buy the extended warranty.

The new style of the rubber grips is a major improvement. The tension controls on the thumbsticks makes a difference between night and day. Everything feels new fresh and reinvented. Bottom line... This is a controller that you have to have if you are serious about your gaming!
