Good but there are better for cheaper. If you want a high end controller go for it but there are cheaper options that are just as good.

I would only recommend this if you purchase it open box. Otherwise for the price id get two controllers and charging ports.

Pretty good controller, better option for a replacement of the $179 version since I’ve gone through 2 of those already; this one has lasted a while already.

Not sure why but every “A” button on these controllers stick. Overall it’s very quality, but the “A” button is annoying. Had mine for some time and it gets a lot of use, but it still continues to stick every so often.

This controller and with the membership you will never have to deal with a broken controller again with the warranty and just the way it built! Great investMent

One of the best controllers out there. I use this to game on PC and console and it works very well. The buttons are sleek and they dont get stuck like some cheaper controllers I have bought. Would definitely purchase again.

This controler has a good feeling and you can change the joystick and change the trigger buttons would recommend for other people. Whould buy Again

A year later review: Bumpers are poor and don't work 60% of the presses you do, so you have to make your paddle buttons the bumpers. The top smaller bumpers don't work 50% of the time anymore. Both of the sticks are really loose so you have stick drift if you don't have a decent sized dead zone

for sure recommend the elite series 2 controller to anyone wanting a new xbox controller, they work so much better and feel better

I have had both the series 1 and series 2. The series 2 is in my opinion much better. I also have the PS5 dual sense edge which is their version of the same type of controller and this one is much more consistent and I have never had issues with it. I just bought a new replacement after the one I bought when they first came out finally stopped working. Would recommend if you like the xbox controller design.

I had the original Elite and it finally stopped working. So the new one is even better and feels the same but better

Works perfectly! Was so pristine that it took a minute to break it in. But definitely a good investment!

The controller I got came with slight scratches and some white stains on the rubber grip. Maybe a Microsoft quality control problem and not Best Buy. I've had 3 of these and not cuz I've had to re buy them due to defect. My controller works great but it does have the almost usual Xbox controller problem of the A button not working right unless pressed directly down. Theres an app in the Xbox that lets you customize the controller inputs, profiles, Xbox button led color and even test for stick drift. A warranty is a must for this controller due to the chance of it becoming defective and a $60 2 year plan is better than paying nearly $200 every time you need a new controller. Charge time takes over 4 hours but battery lasts around 30 hours. Stains easily due to the coating used on the shell. So finger oils will eventually leave the controller looking nasty.

Works great!! Packaged nice. Was open box but was brand new cables and all in original packaging still.

Its marginally better than the original controller, but it is customizable and more responsive! Feels great in the hands as well.
