Got as a gift for my son and he really likes it! He said it was better.

Great product but when you buy a used item they do have drift and the store can’t fix it beside replace the controllers, over and over until maybe you get a controller with a little or just a tad bit where it is unnoticeable drift on the controller

The right bumper broke after two months. I had a 2 year BBY warranty. The controller is sold out at the store and online. So I left best buy with a broken controller and no replacement. They would not give me my money back. I called Microsoft for their warranty. They transfered me all around an I never got to the right department. I have to schedule a visit with Microsoft and drive to one of their stores if I want anny assistance. This is my 5th Elite controller that has broken. I switched from Sony to Microsoft because of Halo. I am getting the ps5 this year not the xbox series x or whatever in 2020. I have a photo of 3 of the 5 broken controllers surrounded by working controllers attached.

Controller was great for the first year but has seen significant battery life decline and stick drift issues. For the premium price I did not anticipate these issues, especially when the standard sixty dollar controller performs better.

Controller is excellent for gamers. Love how it can be modified and fitted to your individual game play needs. Carry case and accessories are all very well bit and in my opinion worth the money.

Great product for hardcore gamers- triggers on bottom make design sense less moving of fingers

I owned multiple type of controllers like, scuf, cinch gaming, etc but it doesn’t compete with an Elite 2 controller 100%. You’ll take your gaming to an Elite status.

So, I was a little bit hesitant to purchase such an expensive controller. Hell, it’s half the price of the Xbox itself. However, this thing is built like a tank. I wouldn’t be worried about a fit of rage and throwing it across the room. Well, except for the whole to leave in the wall. The buttons are amazing. They have finesse, and take control. This thing just fits perfect in your hand. I have never felt a controller that I’ve enjoyed as much. I wish it was not so expensive, however to get this level of precision machinery, he’s got to be worth it. Overall, I am very pleased that I spent the money on it.

The quality of the controller is great. Can be used long distance at least 10 feet.

Altogether its a pretty decent controller. It DOES require some setup to get full function but after that its great. Button input is crisp and it can handle multiple profiles for different games. My only negative would be its not as grippy as i figured it would be. Its better rhan standard controllers but still feels like it slips from my hands.

Love my Controller Now next is to get a headset!!!

Great controller. Just the same as the Elite 2. Just without the extra buttons which I already have.

Great look and feel. The paddles and extra thumbsticks are a must tho.
