Considering this is nearly a $200 controller and also spending $60 for a 2-year replacement plan. Now I'm in question if I take this back to return and get my money back, I'm out the $60 I spend on a replacement plan. If I take this back on the 2nd day of my purchase, will I be able to get my complete refund back (including the money I spent on my 2-year replacement plan)?? For anyone that is looking for a pro-quality controller, this may fit your needs but with the huge amount of complaints and findings of other folks having the same issue as me with the A button sticking, I would recommend getting something else, like a Razer controller.

We're sorry there's an issue with your new Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. If it's still within Best Buy's return period, you should be able to exchange it without using your replacement plan. If that's not possible, you may also be able to have it serviced through Xbox Support under its manufacturer warranty. Its just too expensive, and its guaranteed to break, so get yourself that replacement plan. Im on my 3rd elite 2, as the RB/LB keeps breaking, or the little adhesive pads inside behind the triggers gets stuck and the triggers start sticking. This should be prices at $99.99

Dull dpad

But the down button on the dpad is bad. Clicks just fine without the covering but when placed back on it gets stuck on the way down. Good thing most my games don’t use the dpad too heavy
