The controller was in excellent condition. It had all the parts that come with the controller and was clean and ready to use. I will always trust bestbuy with its open box items and they are always in correct condition

Although a bit on the high side of price for a controller. The build quality, performance, and all around appearance is outstanding and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this for any Xbox users and PC users who play on controller, a HUGE improvement over any other controller on the market.
