I've gone through 3 of these controllers in the last year now because inevitably something breaks on it within 5 or 6 months. My first one i got had issues with the right and left bumpers, so i exchanged it and the next one has issues with the left stick and now the one ive had for only 5 months won't register when i push up on the left stick and sometimes doesnt register the left bumper. Its a real bummer cause these controllers feel and look sturdy and i love having paddles for more tactical gameplay but they nevee last. Now I'm out $200 cause on my third purchass i didnt get the warranty.

It's nice having the ability to adjust how stiff you want the toggles as well as the triggers travel distance. With it also being able to switch between different toggles and d-pads, makes it worth every penny

The best controller you can buy

Plus the fact that it has a removable charging dock in the case is really nice. I read some reviews that say this product isn't very durable. I will say when I received it some of the plastic pieces need to be popped back in. But so far no issues, at the end of the day you should always buy the Best Buy warranty for controllers and electronics.

Had to exchange on before 24 hours left stick broke with light use and second exchange had a bad drift out the box. Unfortunate because when it does work fine its great but poorly put together
