Not much difference between the first gen controller but has some very good upgrades, stick tension increase and decrease as well as better grips that doesn't peel off but never had this issue on my original 1st gen. This controller seems to have a better latency as well as a more aggressive trigger stops. Love this controller and feel this is the best on the market as of right now.

What can I say? Its your typical elite controller only it's white and black instead of all black. A bit of warning though is that unlike the all back elite controller it does not come with the mappable buttons... you'll have to buy them separately (hence, the cheaper price).

This was the core controller. I love the fact there’s no paddles cause I’m very clumsy, but you got everything else. The only gripe will be you cannot take out the battery.

I love this controller more than any controller I’ve owned so far, interchangeable thin sticks and d pad are the best thing about it, so you can replace with a new grip if yours is worn out also. Pro list goes on

Overall, I am enjoying this controller. My only problem with it is that the paddles don't give me a steady stream of shots in my games. Even when I hold the paddles all the way down, it still has a significant stutter effect when I'm shooting my weapons in The Division 2.

I bought it as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loves it!

This is my second Elite 2 since its launch and this one also has different issues from the first I had to exchange for quality issues with the triggers. This one has an RB that sometimes doesnt register or registers two inputs instantly. As well as an X button that has become spongy over time, Which has never happened before on any controller Ive had, Its not cheeto or dorito ingress. And multiple attempts at compressed air has yielded no improvements, I can only chalk this up to manufacture defects. As to the one this replaced, It had an LT that would get stuck on 0% depression until "Broken" through with unnatural force. As if some component within was brushing against the trigger housing. $200 for a premium product with magnitudes worse QC than the standard issue controllers. And this is just a repeat of the Elite 1. Microsoft outdoing its premium product quality flops yet again. At least the rubberized grips dont slough off after a few months like the first one did.

This has everything a good gamer needs! Best controller on the market.
