Awesome controller, but definitely has numerous quality control issues. I'm on my 5th Elite Series 2 controller. About to buy a new one, with a warranty right now so i have a backup Series 2 when mine gets back from Microsoft.

The first one broke in less than one year and I didn't buy the best buy warranty. This time around I did. These controller have nice features but they tend to fall apart quickly.

Would definitely recommend!

To my disappointment it would constantly disconnect from the Xbox console... and some of the buttons would stick.. so I returned it. I’m hoping to buy another one soon that has these little bugs fixed. :)

Amazing controller!

Only small problem I had, was the rubber tips on the trigger adjustments kept falling off. Never affected performance or anything like that though.
