Been waiting for this controller to be released and I was not disappointed. Minor improvements from the last generation but they were very welcomed. Microsoft should've incorporated a rechargeable battery years ago for their controllers but I guess they wanted the money from the battery companies.

Love the blue that this product offers, these are my favorite gaming controllers!

The best controller on the market! The Series 2 has everything you could want. I know people will complain about the build quality. I had the series 1. Take care of it and it will last, I recommend getting Best Buys protection plan. 2 years is worth it.

If you’re serious about shooters, you have to have a controller like this. Only issue is they wear down fast. Get the warranty

This controller really is a game changer. The build quality is fantastic, the customization options are cool, the charging dock and carrying case are big pluses! My favorite feature is the triggers on the back, allowing me to give my thumb a break as well as react quicker.

If you like things being broken out of the box, then wowee have I got a product for you. I've had 3 of these things so far and I'm not sure how much I want a 4th.. EVERY SINGLE ONE of these things has had a problem with the left thumbstick. Not just 'oh a problem', but a very specific, 100% reproducable problem. Can confirm using the xbox accessories app. First one, with in a month of unboxing the left thumbstick would produce a random input, it would move the direction you pushed it but give a random value; up was the worst. You could barely walk around. It was awful. Second one had the same issue immediately upon opening. Third one I've had for almost 3 months and now the left thumbstick is producing random input values for left and right. Sometimes right is worse, sometimes left is worse. Depends on the day. Up and down have a different problem, sometimes when you give the stick a quick flick and release, the input value slowly returns back to center instead of instantly. Needless to say, this is marketed as a top shelf, high quality, precision/competitive controller and it's more of a sloppy mess. It's impossible to play rocket league at a champ level with this thing. Apex feels like I'm ice skating all the time and you can't strafe left or right reliably, making you an easy target for even the noobiest of noobs. The best part is, its never a problem with anything else; right thumbstick works perfect, rear buttons are flawless, face buttons are decent (sometimes they double press when you push it once, it's fairly rare tho and could be an xbox live bug since I can pin point it to certain screens usually an on screen keyboard) love the triggers, the dual stage trigger locks are amazing, bumpers feel nice, can store 3 presets, thumb sticks have an adjustable tension attribute, which I honestly think is the cause of the random values. Controller is comfortable, grips are little bit slippery but I don't mind that. I'd rather have a working left thumbstick. For the $180 I spent I expected perfection. I'm pretty sure I'm either going to get a scuff for xb1 or I'm going to get a scuff for ps4 and run 3rd party software to hook the ps4 controller up to my xb1. I've seen the same 3 ps4 controllers get thrown at a tile floor, repeatedly, by 2 different children and it's like nothing even happened. I'm confident this elite 2 would be in 15 pieces if I let them treat it the same. (It wasnt btw, I treat it like a kings crown, never dropped, only handled when necessary, used the d-pad instead of thumb sticks for scrolling menus, etc.)

My Series 1 Elite controller finally gave out after 5 years. I replaced it with the Series 2 and I am so glad I did. The joystick sensitivity adjustments make gaming so much better. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about upgrading from any Xbox controller.

Great controller! Allows more buttons to be assigned. Trigger locks and analog adjuster (both physical key and software adaptable) make the controller adaptable for any gamer!

I was disappointed by these. i thiught they would be a huge upgrade over the regular controllers, but they were not. I ended yp retuning them.

This Xbox elite 2 controller is the best thing you can buy for your gaming experience. One problem this controller has though is the joystick may ware out faster than you think so definitely buy warranty to swap when you feel controller drift.

Got this on a sale and man i was missing out before this purchase. The back paddles and other customization made it more fun to game

I bought this used and ended up returning it because the left joint stick was locking up and the LB & RB button weren’t not as responsive as it should be.

Fantastic controller. The only complaint I have is that it is too small and often feels uncomfortable because of it.

Comfortable and sturdy controller. Even with the size of my hands, the controller sits in there well (hands are kinda small). Remapping feature is really nice, and the shift ability also. Works well on my pc and Xbox

So it’s a great controller but it can break very easily unlike its predecessor only lasts me a year but a warnty

Gift for grandson who has CMT that effects the nerves in his hands. This controller has increased his ability to be competitive and he now enjoys game playing and communication with game players world wide. I understand it is compatible with the new Xbox coming out in November.
