I got $40 off retail on the sale and couldn't be happier. My only complaint would be they only provide on long thumb stick and you cant buy another one easy.

I was very hesitant on spending so much more that a standard controller but very glad I did. Buttons are easy to change and configure and makes a huge difference in gameplay. Not the easiest to set up once you get into the program on your XBox as everything has to be done individually, would be much easier to do on a computer with a mouse and keyboard. Once you get it set up though it's awesome!
