This thing got the nice rubber grips and trigger selection. Although ive gone through way to many of these controllers haha

I have had to return this item twice because of issues with connectivity to the RB and LB buttons but other than that it works perfectly and lasts charge.

Feels good. The quality is amazing and its tough. All in all, very good buy. Travel case is awesome with the charging feauture.

Pretty good for anyone looking to buy one. Just don’t expect to have the paddles along with it. It’s separate for whatever reason.

Much better price and the bumpers feel much more like a standard controller. No brainer alternative if you have all the accessory pieces already.

This controller is amazing! My favorite feature is being able to tighten the sticks however much you want. This controller is extremely customizable and the new grip on the front of the controller and the triggers is very nice

I don't really see much delay when using it on PC so that is a plus. The controller feels great (i did have to get used to the grip texture though).

This is an absolute must have imo! The original controllers just feel cheap in comparison. Also, it you are into the 3 different trigger stops you can make all the difference in a shootout situation.

I love the setup with Elite controllers, but I had to send original back (only got a gift card) because of the stick drift. I know this is not Best Buy's fault

So far I am enjoying it, I m a little concerned with the QC over at Microsoft but hopefully it will last for years to come

I wanted to love this controller. Because $180. And I did. Great feel and weight, clearly an upgrade over the standard controller. Even before adding paddles or adjusting thumbstick sensitivities, it immediately improved my Halo game. Adding paddles and making those adjustments helped even more. I knew I could never play with those crap stock controllers again. Until. First it was X. B soon followed. And now the left trigger. Unreliable- a button press doesn't register and yeah, instead of landing the melee, I'm dead. Naturally, these failures began past the return window, after an estimated 30 hours of use. Failures are getting more frequent as I keep playing (I've had it 5 weeks now), and I don't care to see which input begins to crap out next- I'm done. So I guess I'll go through the warranty claim hassle and expense and go back to playing with the stock controller in the meantime while that whole process plays out. Or buy that newly released Scuf and hope I have better luck. I'm mad, and disappointed. Because $180. And Microsoft, before you reply: You've included a link to the warranty info in your dutiful response to so many others that have been similarly ripped off. That link is just like this controller- broken.

The controller has made big improvements in the overall feel and the controller just feels a lot more tight the adjustability on the thumb sticks is very important and the back paddles are way tighter. this is a pro level gaming controller

Excellent features the metallic d-pad is cool to the touch. The hair triggers make your response time faster for nearly every game

Has been great my kid loves it and improved his gameplay he was super exited
