I love everything about this controller when it works but my goodness its 2022 with Microsoft about to launch I white version of this same controller and I am about to exchange this one out for another controller due to problems. In 2020 I bought this controller and out the box it would not register when I pressed the "A" button. I remember thinking well when I can get my hands on the Series X I will try to buy this Elite Series 2 Controller again. Fast forward to Sept 2022 and I have had my Series X for a month now and the controller that came with my Series X does not register the Y button anymore. So I decided to try the Series 2 controller, verified using the Lot number that it was a 2022 manufactured model and came home to test it out. Out the box the "A" would not always be recognized, I noticed in game so I used Xbox Accessories to test out the buttons and sure enough all the buttons work fine and register in the test but the "A" button does not. Back to Best Buy to exchange. Came home with exchanged Elite 2 that had a 2021 lot number and sure enough the "A' and "B" buttons do not register with every press so I am on my way back to the store to exchange again. I've owned 2. Both have stopped working. Updated controllers and been on Microsoft support multiple times to trouble shoot. USB stopped recognizing the second controller. Bluetooth kept disconnecting. The recommendation was to downgrade the controller software via the Xbox console due to the windows upgrade not being compatible with their own freaking ELITE controller. I will never go back to Xbox Original Controllers again! After buying this product all my friends decided to pick one up too! The controller feels great in the hands and the back paddles have changed the way I’m gaming!

Works great at first but didnt last long. Started getting drift 2 weeks after use

Literally best feeling controller but the Reliability is terrible issues with Bluetooth buttons double tapping and stick drift

I would not recommend this to a casual player. This is a hefty price but if you are looking into have a slightly better advantage in fps. I would highly recommend this controller!

Every elite controller ive gotten has started stick drift and the rb stops working all within 6 months. Get the competitors controllers. Not to mention its super heavy and will cause wrist pains.

Stick drift after 1 month with light play. Save your money or buy a scuff controller because I am dissatisfied to a max spending this much money on a terrible product. All I can do is warn others.

Back paddles work great, love the interchangeable parts; makes storing a lot easier.

This is my second elite 2 wireless controller. I use this for PC and the joystick will randomly move or get stuck. Recommended to get the warranty. This is still the best controller for PC.

Bought this as a gift for my husband since he had been using the regular controls for so long it looked cool with the extra triggers. Well he loves it he uses it all the time and wishes he had it sooner

Works great when plugged in, I am having some issues with wireless connectivity but that could be a software issue, still looking this issue. Works great when it’s working!

Bought open box and all is good the only thing I did not like is when returned to the store Techs did not clear old info from remote that’s a no bueno situation other than that all good.

I really enjoy the upgrade to this controller. its pricey but well worth it. Also the protection plan is great as well. I've also noticed that my headphones work much better.

You better get the extended warranty because it WILL break in a year or less. It’s easier to get one of these then a custom made controller from one of the smaller companies.
