And when I flip the switch down for my trigger all the way Lt and Rt down want to work somtimes and it’s brand new

Live having my controls customized and having the additional buttons on the back.

It's a great controller, a bit heavy, and feels solid. That being said, it has issues. Took about six months for right shoulder button to double register each press, and I've seen other reviews with similar issues or worse. Don't buy if you can't afford the warranty because you will need it. I love the controller and just hate that it doesn't last.

The new trigger locks are great!

The Gen 2 is much tighter and has much better grips. I also like the 1 piece design and the charger it comes with 10/10 overall

The only thing I dislike about it is the feel of the home button when you press it. It’s not soft and a deep click like the series 1.
