I have purchased 2 of these controllers. One a couple of years ago, and one about a month ago. Both have had the LB button stop functioning properly. It took the first one about 6 months to fail, and the second about 2 weeks (just after return period). Outside of the LB button issue, the controller is fairly solid. Since this is a repeated issue, it has to be an issue with the components. NOT what you would expect for the price. I would recommend looking at other options in the same price point.

Great preforming controller!! I would give it a 5 but everyone i have purchased always has a problem thank god for the protection plan but great 3 different programing settings for the paddles great for COD, if you are a total tech member definitely buy or atleast get the protection

I order a used controller in good condition, missing parts one but that’s fine I don’t care about the attachment pieces, what do they send me? A totally different one that is supposed to be in better condition. Why am I complaining? Because the controller that’s in “great condition” is broken and badly stick drifts along with the rubber grip peeling up in the corners.. honestly this company is a massive pain to deal with so I just took the loss. NEVER SHOP WITH BEST BUY. Also not to mention they broke my car in geeksquad and it took them a year to pay me for the damages but that’s a whole different story.

Great controller, especially for its quality and hand feel. I love its customized button and the vibrate it performs for certain games like Need for Speed.

Ovwrall its a good controller, just feel like it wears down to easy.

if you play competively on xbox, the elite controller is a must. the ability to adjust the triggers for quicker presses, and the the programmable paddles are a game changer.

Absolutely worth it. First elite series I’ve had. Saving button mapping profiles allow for complete customizations for different games.

So far I really like this controller. Button customization is nice, control feels really solid and being able to just drop it in the case and charge is awesome

Very responsive and very customizable and has custom response curves which is great to see
