Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the second controller I’ve had and within 1 month it’s already experiencing: unresponsive Right Bumper, the X button is sticky from time to time, and I’m experience major stick drift on the right stick. Honestly annoying as a lot of the other options are also mediocre at best. It would be nice if Microsoft actually took the time to better the controller somehow. I mean how hard could it be to make a controller worth hundreds of dollars function properly while lasting and being durable?

In the last month i have notice the the right bumper is now completely unresponsive. This makes is almost impossible to play any FPS or RPG game. I am able to customize the controller to make a new button but I would rather the controller work the way it is supposed to.

The stick drift is atrocious, much worse than I've ever had with a controller on any console system. Hoping I can get Microsoft or someone to do something to rectify this.
