Buttons stop working (especially known issue of LB & RB). Sticks start drifting. Feels nice, like quality, but under the hood, this controller is garbage. Low quality switches that wear out and stop working within 3 months to a year. I have four of these controllers, each have major issues. Two have been returned and repaired but now they each have at least one button that only works 1/2 the time again. Don't waste the money, unless your a casual once in a while player. Might last okay if you play just a couple times a week.

Upgraded from the firs gen and it feels much better and the grips are a great upgraded.

Christmas Gifts for my 14, and 12 yo twin grandsons. They loved them and started using them right away.

Have inconsistencies to working correctly. Buttons not reacting to presses and actions all the time. I have one that i still have that works but 2 others for family members did not work correctly right out of the box. This really needs some attention from Microsoft.

I loved it - expensive but really helps those additional setups.

Bought one that had stick drift after less than a month. Returned it and got a new one thinking maybe it was me being too harsh on the sticks or it was faulty but had the same issue a few weeks later with this one. Save yourself some money and the headache and just get a 8bit pro.

It keeps disconnecting with the Xbox. Not sure what the issue was. Would randomly disconnect.

Really disappointed with Microsoft. Two defective controllers, and their support system was little to no help. This whole product line has been terrible from Microsoft, with a whole bunch recalled due to analog stick drift previously. Quality control has not improved at all since then. At the very least, Best Buy was great about organizing a product exchange for the first defective one when Microsoft failed to hold up their end of the bargain and the following return of the second defective one. Feel good about buying through Best Buy, but definitely avoid this product.

I like the design I wish I could afford them over overall they're perfect

Horrible. Whatever store this came from saying it was in "excellent" condition needs help. Maybe because it had the original box, which looked like crap, and all the accessory pieces is why it was classed as it was; but, when a controller does fully operate, that is not excellent.

Great controller. Dependable and resposive. Would recommend for advanced gamers.
