Even tried switching to a standard Xbox controller and got 2 instead of one of these, and both those controllers started having stick drift issues in under a year. Such a good controller otherwise, like finding a dead bug smack in the middle of a perfect plate of food.

Every single one of them has stick drift out of the box and I have video to prove it. The thumbsticks are fundamentally flawed. Xbox needs to go back to the drawing board and finally release a premium controller with hall effect sensors. Although this controller seems to be well built and every other function is great, the thumbsticks are the most important aspect of a controller since they are used to aim. This drifts so bad I cannot recommend this controller.

Stick Drift Issue and Poor Customer Service

I've had this for less than a month, but the stick drift issue came about almost 2 weeks in. The characters move on their own and there's no way to stop it in the settings of the control. I reached out to BestBuy and they can't replace it because they don't have an adequate stock supply. (According to the customer service rep). So I guess, they have an adequate supply to sell, but not to replace defective ones? It's a poor catch-22 for such a reputable company.
