I have had to return 2 of these controllers due to drifting. This is not something you would expect when you are paying ad much as this for a controller.

The A face button woukd only register about half of the time. I returned and exchnaged it for tje same controller, and the one i recueved was the sw problem, except it was both the A and B face buttons. Very frustrating for a basic function to not work on a $130 controller. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

First, the buttons wouldn't register being pressed unless you solidly hit the center. And then all of a sudden, it stops detecting ANY USB cable plugged into it. So now it can't charge. I have a $140 Xbox-themed paper weight. I'll just stick to the regular Xbox controllers from now on. The "Pro" version is clearly all marketing. Never again.

First controller: right stick very slightly off center towards the left. Faulty A button and wouldn’t register button presses on occasion, and require extra force to register unlike all the other buttons and my other controllers. Second controller: the connect button is rattling under shake or vibration like it’s missing a damper. Microsoft is terrible with hardwares. Best Buy customer support was very helpful.

After a couple months, the rubber on one of the joysticks completely separated from the joystick and the right bumper doesn't work anymore
