I bought the warranted and they are out of stock so we can’t get it replaced. By time we get a new one and see if it works right I’m afraid the warranty will be over 1/2 over.

In a C6 incomplete quadriplegic and for years I prayed Xbox and Microsoft would let users remap the regular Xbox controllers trigger buttons but after baby years they still lock that feature behind the Elite and Elite core controllers. Being disabled and an advocate for gaming accessibility this is unacceptable and I wish more people would be aware of this. I use my Xbox One controllers on my Xbox Series X since it’s bigger and easier to use. I can’t open and use my fingers so I use my chin to control the left stick and my wrist/palm to control the right stick. So many games where I need to remap the triggers were inaccessible to me. You shouldn’t have to buy an expensive controller for remapping, shame on Xbox.

The only way I can play without disconnect is to hardwire to my PC, looked it up online and it's a common problem without purchasing an additional xbox wireless dongle. The right analog stick broke within 5 weeks of adult only casual gameplay. Now being outside of my BB warranty, trying to get a replacement from Microsoft is a nightmare. I have a $200 paperweight until I hear back from MS. Advice: Buy extended warranty for console use. Find one of the many other high end controllers for PC use available on the market.
