Best controller I ever had ... I meant that , I never wanted to spend the amount of money for a top of the line elite series 2 but this fit my exact need and played better than anything ever before . I hit the perfect sweet spot . Not to mention , Best Buy had a sale at the time , so it was a beautiful experience, top to bottom .

This controller is great. Seems like there were some quality issues with the first series elite controller but this one appears to have better quality. Had it for a couple of months now and showing very little signs of wear. Being able to switch out the sticks is what I like the most about it. The added paddle buttons help, but be aware that they don’t act as extra buttons. They only replace current buttons or can act as a shift button.

Amazing feel and customizable paddles. The battery life is also very amazing and best of all if already has type c USB built into it.

It feels phenomenal, just like every Elite controller Microsoft makes. But just like every Elite controller Microsoft makes, it wears too quickly. The rubber grips aren't a problem this time, bur there's already drift on one of the sticks and the R-trigger is squeaking loudly. It feels like these things are destined to break down quickly despite being the most comfortable and satisfying controllers to use.

This is a colorful and durable gaming controller. It is very responsive to my pc games. Comfortable in the palm of my hands, and it was simple to get up and running quickly.

It works great all optional buttons too, i play it for drifting shooting and all.

Got for my son. He loves it. Better than his previous one.

I like it has great battery charge when it fully charged I don’t need to charge it for about 2-3 day and I play about 13 hours a day and great customization on the pedals and joystick

Great upgrade to the previous Elite. I had an issue with the left joystick on the Elite 1. Swapped it for the Elite 2 and have been super impressed! Microsoft got smart and made this controller a rechargeable unit. It comes with a charging dock ad well. Best part...the battery life is GREAT! The controller feels very substantial in your hand and isn't flimsy AT ALL. I highly recommend! Make sure to get the Geek Squad warranty...just in case. Its totally worth it. Especially when you're spending this kind of cash on a controller!

This is an excellent controller and entirely customizable for personal use or even special use cases in games you want different control styles. It is built like a brick s-house. The problems arise when connected to PC to game as advertised. The connection drop outs using bluetooth are infuriating. And yet, even with the cost, I refuse to use anything else. I even bought a second one for the game room in the basement. They are just that good. Certain games will have connection drops, such as Halo Infinite Campaign, AC Vallhalla, and Cyber Punk 2077. Some of those titles have somehow fixed the issue (or it has stopped happening to me at least) but some games persist in dropping connection. And its not a battery thing, or a pc problem. Its the actual controller signal. Heres the thing though, its worth the few headaches. I cant imagine not using these to game. They also have a great feature to allow more than one connection. You can connect it to your PC and if you want to quickly swap to an already connected xbox series x then you douple tap the tiny connection button and it should swap control to the new device as long as you have previously setup that connection. Well.made, accurate response, smooth triggers that can customize travel distance, extra paddles can be installed on the back, shoulder buttons are the best you have ever used, and the sticks have zero dead zone issues. Its an expensive beast, but it is worth it. You wont ever pickup the base contoller again once using the elite 2. Plus, it charges using usb c

Breaks a lot but good other tan that works perfect but put warranty cause you gonna be changing it every 6 months

Great controller but the buttons tend to stop working and you get stick drift alot. Microsoft needs to rework these controllers big time. They do have great battery life though. Buy a warranty on this because after a year you will need another controller.

The Elite Series 2 is a great controller until it inevitably breaks down on you in some way shape or form. Stick drift is guaranteed within 6 months. Bumpers are prone to fail. ABXY buttons can be hit or miss when it comes to missed inputs. And if you hit the Yahtzee in bad luck, you might even have an issue down the road with the rubber grips losing adhesion. I have never thrown one of these controllers, I've never mishandled them or have been rough with them in any way and over the years and I've gone through four of The Elite Series 2 and four of the original Elite controllers as well. Microsoft has a quality control problem when it comes to these controllers. You're better off getting a Scuff controller.

I use this as my travel controller as i have the full Elite kit for home. It works great and the color contrast is nice. Solid purchase!

Microsofts best remote. Absolutely crucial for higher tier gaming

I had the prior Elite Controller and loved it. The Series 2 is a noticeable step up. Performs amazingly in every aspect you would expect. I also own a Razer Wolverine Ultimate and the Elite out performs it in comfort, design, and precision. Unfortunately with such high precision there is a down side. - Down side, mico stick drift did start within 3 months of use but again if you have Best buy insurance just exchange it if it ever gets noticeable. - Friends have had bumpers go out but at 6 months of use I have had no major issues.

Had this controller for 6 months now and they work great . They did NOT come with the extra buttons (paddles) on the bottom of the controller justFYI .

Elite says it all! For being such a customizable interface, these are surprisingly resilient.
