The grips are much more durable and the controller looks great. However, already having to hard press the RB to work, after only a year of use. When customers spend that kind of coin, we want everything to work for more than a year.

Great, but it's going to break

Also, without fail, somethings eventually breaks on it. First one it was a trigger, second it was a joystick, third one a trigger again. Get the warranty, it's totally needed.
