Customers are saying
Customers consistently note the product's great overall performance, excellent battery life, and extensive customization options. They frequently praise its comfortable feel, good weight, and comfortable grip. However, a significant concern raised by users is the issue of stick drift, which appears to develop quickly. Additionally, some customers have experienced problems with button quality and found the price to be a point of hesitation.

Defective, as always
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think by now we all know that just about 100% of these controllers have joystick drift. I hated to have to return this controller because of the outside build quality and materials used, but in the end if it can't function properly as a controller then it's useless. Not sure if there will be a new batch or version without these issues but this generation of controllers is the equivalent to the Xbox 360 in terms of Microsoft trying to sneak defects past consumers.

Never purchase a refurbished controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been gaming for a long time. This is the first time I have ever bought a second hand ( refurbished gaming controller for the Xbox series X ) My order arrived quickly with the package in good condition. Although upon opening it up. Allowing it to get a significant amount of charge in it. Powered the controller on and I immediately realized that the right bumper was not responding as it should

Breaks too much
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I mean overall its a good controller BUT this thing breaks so much. Been through 2 of them in 2 years and they make you buy the warranty again. I should just be able to continue on with my old warranty, costs $70 each time! Debating if I should purchase the warranty again or just have them replace it with a new one. I never throw my controllers or hit them either. 1st one the AUX input stopped working and the 2nd one that I am now the left bumper is unresponsive at times. 50% chance it works whichs is extremely annoying.

Not working after a month
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It worked great initially! Was skeptical of the bad reviews you can find when googling this product. That said, the joystick no longer works. There’s a significant delay when pushing up. I will be replacing mine. I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere or purchasing the geek squad 2-year plan. Although, very costly. I’d also suggest looking elsewhere for a paddle controller more reliable. Fortunately (or unfortunately), mine broke within the warranty timeframe.

Not durable enough.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This an extremely comfortable and useful controller. Unfortunately, the durability is a different story. Stick drift and button malfunctions are extremely common within the span of a year. Borderline UNACCEPTABLE build quality from a $200 controller.
