Left Stick Drift after only 2 months
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very disappointed. The left stick drifts after a little over 2 months. Just outside Best Buys return period ofcourse. Sure I can send it in for repair but now I'll be without a controller for weeks or months. This is a known issue with these, I wouldn't recommend buying these until they fix it. Best Buy, I hope you do what's right and let me exchange or return this even though I'm outside of the return period.

Not as described
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this online "open box excellent condition" and the only thing I received was the controller, everything else was missing. Had to take it to the local store and fight with them to replace it. Check your box when you get it!

Stick drift worse than nintendo
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had this a little under a year(purchased 8.17.20), used it a few times cuz it’s just my controller for whenever I’m not playing keyboard and mouse games. The paddles on the back are not comfortable at all. The controller has the worst drift I have ever seen, it goes up down, literally making my character wiggle back and forth on the screen, drift started a few days ago (4.8.21). Sadly it’s the worst gaming product I’ve ever owned. 170$ for an unusable controller. Absolute garbage.

0/10 don't recommend
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this. Good for first few months, but normal wear includes stick drift, stuck paddle buttons, & random disconnects. Not worth

Not worth what Microsoft is asking for
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is no where even close to good for how much Microsoft is asking fr it. The analog sticks are not good quality and drift way too much. The same problem was for the 1st Gen and they seem to have not fix that issue.

Worth it if you’re competitive
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far it’s been a pretty good controller, not sure it’s worth the price unless you play a ton of competitive games

Overpriced. Low reliability.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The left stick has bad drift up and down. Had the first Elite controller and same thing happened. This one began just outside of warranty. Ridiculous for something this expensive.

Defective unit
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im pretty sure i got a defective unit. The Bluetooth would not connect. I tried a few fixes i found online but nothing worked. I have a ps5 controller and a couple of other xbox controllers all of them worked fine over Bluetooth. The controller feels good in the hand and its good quality. The back paddles are great. It worked fine if i plugged it in with the provided usb c cacble. But i paid almost 200 for a wireless control i expect to be able to use it without wires. Returned it. Thankfully best buy has hassle free reurns. Gotta love em.

no
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this aged poorly, at least for me. out of box it worked well enough, with the only issues being sticking keys. I've taken pretty good care if it this far, putting it back in the case between uses and never mishandling it in any way. now, however, the bumpers require HARD presses in order to get any kind of response, the ends of the hair trigger locks have fallen off, and the d-pad has began to stick. I was hoping that in terms of durability, this would be able to outlast the factory controller shipped with my xbox, especially when this is nearly a third of the price I paid for my console, but it seems that that isn't going to be the case.
