The controller is good quality, would like the LB and RB buttons to be more durable, but that is not Best Buy's issue.

I absolutely love the feel of this controller. The weight is perfect! It feels like a quality piece of equipment. I don't use the extra toggles yet, but will as I become more familiar with it.

Love the controller, make sure you get the extended warranty. Eric drift and connectivity issues occur after the first year. This is now my fifth controller.

pretty decent controller. accidentally spilled water on it and it still works. the customizable paddles are good and it can be used and customized on the pc

Xbox elite 2 is the best feeling controller. Nice rubbery feel and nice weight.

I originally had the original Elite controller, and upgraded to this one after I had multiple issues with the original. I did have my first unit eventually develop stick drift issues, so I took it in and was able to get a new one. So far, I have not had issues with the replacement after several months of daily use. I still wish we could map keyboard keys to the back paddles for things like Push to talk bindings in games. I've now become very attached to the option of swapping out the analog sticks for something is a better fit to my style.

Much better than the stock controller the Xbox came with. Especially with the rechargeable batteries

Two paddles on one side would not work on first controller. The second one works as it should. I was very surprised by the quality of the controller. The interface is dope , battery life is awesome. I’m happy as hell with it

Excellent controller. Has extra buttons to make gameplay easier and better. Seems sturdier than original controller. Kind of expensive, but hopefully will hold up better over time.

Very sturdy and well made. Its a heavy controller that feels good in your hands. Also provides lots of button customizations. Would recommend

I never have to use the regular buttons. Fully mapped them to the back paddles and the two extra shoulder ones. Fits well, comfortable, battery lasts decently long. No complaints.

Purchased as an open box and couldn't be more satuafied. The controller feels very nice and the little travel case it comes with is also high quality. I use it mostly for my computer but sometimes take it with me to a friends house to use with their xbox.

Responsive, wonderfully long battery life, very comfortable for long hours of gaming. Takes a bit of getting used to going from the stock controllers to this, but well worth it.

Love love love this controller! The weight to it makes it sit perfectly in your hands. Way better than a scuf!
