I love this controller but the buttons keeps messing up and I've had to go back to change the control and buy the warranty again and again. Got a new one about 1 week ago! Let's see how long it will last! It's like if best buy has a monopoly with these controllers. Im not saying it does, but it feels like it.

It’s an awesome controller for the price, I was just simply unaware it did not come with the extra accesorices and case, regardless the controller is still the same very premium elite 2 controller.

Definetly the best controller out on the market however this is the 2nd controller i bought and i decided to get the protection plan on this one and once it broke best buy was not able to send me a new one... i jusy wastee my money on a payment plan i wasnt able to use?

I've owned two of these controllers now. My last one lasted 6 years, very impressed with the quality. These feel more heavy duty than the basic controllers

The elite controller is the best controller I ever had with the paddles to add to it make it even more elite.

If you are a core gamer and old school like me ,this one is for you. Buttons are smooth ,interface is quick and awesome. Connects quickly and its cheap if compared to other ones in the market

Picked this up a replacement for my last elite pro which I bough about 5 years Earlier. Saved myself the money on having an extra case as the extra paddles and knobs work on the new controller.

This controller feels great in your hands and the response is outstanding. I really like the customization options. All of the buttons can be re-mapped so that you can make the controller work best for you. The charging station / carrying case is a great option as well. Just drop it in an it connects pretty much every time. If you're serious about gaming with the X-Box this is the controller for you.

Love these controllers makes life so much better when gaming

The series 2 elite controller was a major upgrade from the series 1. My series one had many physical defects, ( rubber gripping peeling off, bumpers breaking, analog stick rubber peeling off) but with the series 2 I’ve experienced zero issues. Controller feels great and really helps in all games with the paddle configurations along with trigger modifications. Love this controller and totally worth the money!

This controller is super nice. It feels nice and I like it much better than the PS5 Edge controller.

[Employee of bestbuy] wasn’t expecting to like it as much as i did, it’s really a good feekpling controller and the customization is very nice, i have different “modes” for different games.

Its a okay mid price Controller this is my Fourth controller from xbox Hopefully it doesn't have the same problems as last time. Stick drift and button sticking

Love gaming with this. Stick drift is the only con. I usually get it right out of the box and it gets worse as time goes on. Get the warranty and you can replace it. Im on my 4th one

Only minor issues so far. sometimes it randomly disconnects, but that's maybe once a week. Reconnect and it's fine. The sticks weren't great for navigating game menus out of the box, bit I think that has to do with the thumbstick tension, which is adjustable. EASILY the most comfortable controller I've ever held.
