Great controller. Make sure to get the 2 yr warranty with Best Buy though they’re notorious for wearing out but Best Buy’s policy is great cause you can renew your warranty with the replacements. I bought one when they first released and have probably been through 5 of them now because of how good their replacement policy is

Randomly disconnects from xbox fot a short time mid game

For the FPS player ( war zone / cod ) Sticks have good accuracy smooth and tons of adjustments. Only issue is the biggest of them all !! Stick drift - elite series 2 , Microsoft charges 200+ and hasn’t resolved the issue, 2cd controller in 2 yrs - get the geek protective insurance

From my grandson - I love the elite series 2 controller! The case it comes with works really well and is very high quality and protective. It's very convenient that I can charge it in the case. The charger is very long to and can be used while playing. The buttons and customizations are very cool too. It adds a different feel to gaming when using the extra buttons and customizations. 10 out of 10 controller!

Purchased as a replacement/upgrade for the 3 Elite V1's I've owned over the past several years. Right off the bat, the controller feels more thought out. The grips feel nice. The built in battery is a huge plus. USB-C is the natural progression and the fact that it will be compatible with next gen/Project Scarlet is HUGE. The paddles aren't as large, so they feel more organic.

Amazing controller, everything you would ever need/want. Although the durability is horrible, everything starts to wear down, even the trigger locks. Although they did increase the base warranty to a full year so that’s why I made it a 4 star.

I've waited some time before making a post about the controller. Now I am NOT a big time games but I do solely use my elite controller when I do because it just feels good in my hands. It has a nice SOLID feel to it.

Was always hesitant because of the price to pick one up, super glad I finally did. Highly recommend.

Easy to customize and great for any game... All around awesome controller.

Its great it’s my main controller now i use it for all the games I play. The best feature is i can control how sensitive the triggers are and the custom button mapping

Great controller. Responsive, feels great as has grips on the sides. So far, it’s been an awesome controller without any issues.

Definitely a very good controller however the price is a bit extreme. Also my controllers A button sometimes doesn’t work however everything else, besides the price, is very good. 4/5 stars.

This controller is a huge upgrade from the original. The trigger stops are amazing, the dock for charging is great. And the app to customize everything is still great. The only thing that could be better is the grip. At times it feels slick to me instead of more grip which is the opposite of what was intended.

So I bought this controller on the word of my teenager….He knows his stuff!! The controller isn’t even the best part! The extra paddles and extended charging cord definitely make this a worthwhile investment. Customization for what you prefer is what makes this a worthwhile purchase :)

I love using this controller for campaign games or solo gaming or co-op gaming but for first person shooting or online gaming third person shooting I would prefer the regular control over this
