Works great!! Packaged nice. Was open box but was brand new cables and all in original packaging still.

The elite contoller is the best xbox controller I’ve used. I also have the all black one. Makes gaming fun. Will last if you take care of it.

Great FPS purchase, but the paddles on the back are worth it. The linger sticks youd want to use for precision aim. Be wary of your LB and RB, most elite controllers' bumpers can be built a little weak

Bought two. One for me, me for my son. To me, it’s just a well built controller. To my son, this thing is a gift from the heavens. Like I said, well built, heavy, interchangeable doo-dads, cool charging case, pretty neat. Get one.

I had the original Elite and it finally stopped working. So the new one is even better and feels the same but better

Reliable controller that I’ve had for almost a year now.

It is a great heavy controller,but it a shame that this controller with the high price tag has issues and I needed to get the extended warranty Mine had issues with left stick wandering and right bumper reacting slowly. I like the built in battery though. So I had to go to Best Buy (I did set an appointment) with the Rep on phone said controller was in stock.of course no controller In stock.best buy was going to give me store credit,but finally said they can order me another one( I had to rebuy the warranty again) Prior to this I called Microsoft and their warranty on this controller is only 90 days so extended warranty did help from Best Buy

Best controller hands down...from swtting up to setting the buttons everything is easy to do and very nice to use.

This is an amazing controller. The amount of ways you can customize the controller are huge, and the in console settings are also limitless. The problem is that this is hugely faulty controller. Face buttons were going out a little over half a year after it was purchased, and it was not used too much. And this is a common issue unfortunately. I've lucked out that i had total tech so I could easily swap out the controller for a new one. Cause for a controller that costs $170, these faults are inexcusable.

A year later review: Bumpers are poor and don't work 60% of the presses you do, so you have to make your paddle buttons the bumpers. The top smaller bumpers don't work 50% of the time anymore. Both of the sticks are really loose so you have stick drift if you don't have a decent sized dead zone

This is a very good product. It has been so much better than my previous controller. It has a lot of configuration with the paddles which makes it so good to use.

It really is an excellent controller with a comfortable design and tons of customization options, but I still don't know if it is worth the $180 price tag which is the only reason I subtract a star.

Exactly as advertised, a very versatile controller for XBox One with swappable joysticks and D-pad along with paddles and hair triggers on the back. Excellent battery life as well and comes with a great case to store the extra swappable parts, paddles, and charging station.

for sure recommend the elite series 2 controller to anyone wanting a new xbox controller, they work so much better and feel better

Absolutely amazing controller, definitely worth the money! I fits so comfortably in your hands and all the triggers and thumbs sticks are all adjustable. Just perfect.

Good responsive controller, Hardly any problems. Had minor jam with d pad, but easily fixed
