Worst quality control ive ever experienced

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since launch, I have returned 7+ controllers due to RB double/triple clicking, A,Y face buttons not registering when pressed, and MAJOR stick drift. Microsoft's quality control for the elite controllers (series 1+2) is non existent. Ive wasted hundreds of dollars purchasing the best buy warranty with every exchange bc i KNOW the issue(s) i mentioned above will be there. Ive now purchased the geek squad package to try to save money. I honestly dont even know what to suggest to those who read this bc i need those paddles now but literally every single controller ive recieved has been defective in a major way..

The customizable triggers are bonus for fps games, you can tightened down trigger hair to desire.

Even better than Scuf in my opinion, although I know this was made in partnership with Scuf. The app on Xbox makes it a lot easier than manually setting the paddles. Recommended an extended warranty. This is my second elite series 2. I bought the first one Nov 2019 upon release, experienced left thumbstick drift after 4 months, only a 90 day warranty. Paid $100 to have Microsoft fix and bought a new one with the extended warranty, because playing Cod with a regular controller doesn’t feel right anymore.

This new version without all the accessories included is such a great option for someone like me who wears through about every 2 years. Not important, but it’s my favorite color and that’s always a plus!
